A new book cover commissioned by Harper Collins NY to continue with the series of book covers that I have designed and made out of paper for Bestseller author Ruth Hogan.
For this one I created a mix between 2d/3d elements to balance the design and went a bit more graphical with the roses and elements representation. I photographed all the elements and submitted a digital composition made out of cropping and tiding every paper cut/sculpture I have previously made.
You can see that in some of my projects the digital composition starts to appear since its a lot easier to have control over an image that is built in photoshop and where elements can be removed, altered and replaced individually.
